With these fresh green beans, I made persian green bean rice and alongside it, I prepared a delicious yogurt and cucumber dish with cucumbers from our garden.
با این لوبیا‌های تازه، لوبیا پلو درست کردم و در کنارشم یه ماست و خیار خوشمزه با خیار‌های محلی باغچمون آماده کردم

2 Large Onions
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Cup Boiling Water
5 Cups Rice
4 Tablespoons Brewed Saffron
Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Cinnamon Powder as needed

۵۰۰ گرم لوبیا سبز
۲ عدد پیاز بزرگ
۲ قاشق غذاخوری رُب گوجه
۱ لیوان آب جوش
۵ لیوان برنج
۴ قاشق غذا خوری زعفران دم کرده
نمک، فلفل، زرچوبه و دارچین به مقدار لازم
