آب دوغ خیار (سوپ سرد)

With the start of summer and the warming weather, I told myself that I should make a delicious Ab Doogh Khiar with local cucumbers and herbs from the garden.
با شروع تابستون و گرم شدن هوا به خودم گفتم که باید یه آب دوغ خیار خوشمزه با خیار محلی و سبزی‌های توی باغچه درست کنم.

Ab Doogh Khiar is also known as cold soup, and because of its nutritious ingredients, it is considered a complete meal. Eating it in the hot summer weather is very enjoyable.
آب دوغ خیار رو به اسم سوپ سرد هم میشناسن و به خاطر وجود مواد مقوی تشکیل دهنده‌اش خودش یه غذای کامل به حساب میاد و خوردنش تو هوای گرم تابستون هم خیلی میچسبه.
