Whenever it's sour cherry season, I absolutely must bake a sour cherry cake for the afternoon snack
هر وقت که فصل آلبالو میشه من حتما باید برای عصرونه کیک آلبالو بپزم

The combination of the tartness of the cherries with the sweetness of the cake creates a heavenly mix
ترکیب طعم تُرشی آلبالو در کنار شیرینی کیک یه ترکیب بهشتی میشه

I baked this cake in the traditional rustic way, "Sar Tash, Bon Tash" (heated from both the top and the bottom).
این کیک روی من به روش قدیمی و روستایی سَر تَش بُن تَش( از زیر و‌ رو حرارت داده میشه) پختم
.
This cake is very delightful with a cup of wood-fired tea, which I highly recommend you try

1 and a Half Cups Sugar

1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
1 Cup Sour Cherries
60 gr Butter
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

۲ و نیم پیمانه آرد
نصف پیمانه ماست
نصف پیمانه روغن مایع
۱ پیمانه آلبالو
۶۰ گرم کره
۲ قاشق چایی خوری بیکینگ پودر
نصف قاشق چای خوری وانیل
